3. No Sensitive or Classified Data

Do not use the Site to transmit classified information, controlled defense information, export controlled technical data, health data subject to specialized regulation, or other categories of data that require specific regulatory handling. If your work involves these regimes, engagement with SinewsLink must proceed under a dedicated contract, with appropriate security and compliance controls.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, visuals, logos, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to SinewsLink and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, host, or distribute any part of the Site except as necessary to view it in a browser or as expressly allowed in writing by SinewsLink.

Any feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by SinewsLink to improve our products and services without obligation or compensation to you.
